We are intentional about our focus. We have a broad network and strong relationships with the best talent in the HR/People space. We pride ourselves on knowing both experienced and emerging, non-traditional talent who may not be on the radar of other search firms.

We are low-volume, high-touch.
We intentionally take on a low number of searches, allowing us to build strong partnerships with our clients. We are selective about the companies we work with, focusing on quality over quantity. We do not have a “number to hit”, and our reputation is of paramount importance.
